AFPS Form 14 is the pension forecast request form for people who have left the armed forces with a preserved and deferred pension. It gets you an official forecast of what your preserved benefits are worth and when they are payable.

What Form 14 is for
If you served long enough to earn a pension but left before it became payable, your benefits sit preserved until your pension age, and our preserved pension calculator will estimate what they are worth in the meantime. How to request your forecast
There are now two routes. The traditional one is downloading Form 14 from gov.uk (Veterans UK armed forces pension forms) and posting it to the address on the form. Since May 2026 there is also an online digital form on gov.uk, which is quicker and avoids postal delays.
